Some love stories don't begin with a perfect first date. ❤️
Anna & Craig met on Christian Mingle while living on opposite sides of the country. After months of talking, Craig finally flew out to meet her... and promptly came down with COVID.
Instead of the exciting adventures they had planned, Anna spent those first days caring for him while he recovered.
And somehow, that told them everything they needed to know.
Because their joy was never found in what they were doing—it was found in simply being together.
This past Saturday, I had the honor of officiating their intimate Christian wedding at Lago Mar in Fort Lauderdale, a place that holds special meaning for them and a place where they found peace together long before they exchanged vows.
Surrounded by family, the ocean, and God's presence, they promised to continue building a marriage rooted in faith, commitment, and love.
As an officiant, moments like these remind me what marriage is truly about.

Yesterday afternoon, I had the absolute pleasure of officiating a beautiful and intimate wedding ceremony for Burcu & John at a lush private Airbnb in Miami. Alongside my talented friend .photo, it was such a joy to be welcomed into a celebration centered purely around love, family, tradition, and heartfelt connection. 💍✨

With only their closest family members and a dear friend each in attendance, the ceremony felt incredibly personal and meaningful. Their families traveled from Turkey, and we intentionally kept the ceremony warm and simple so everyone could fully share in the moment together. The emotion in the room said more than words ever could.

Burcu & John’s story began years ago as college neighbors in New York before life eventually brought them back together in the most unexpected way. Yesterday marked the official beginning of their marriage journey before their larger Toronto celebration next month — and honestly, there was something truly special about the quiet elegance of this day.

A beautiful couple, a loving family, heartfelt vows, and a perfect Miami afternoon. Truly honored to have been part of it.

An intimate sunset ceremony… just the two of them, their two closest friends together, the ocean, and God. 🌅💛
I had the absolute honor of officiating Brian & Oris as they said “I do” in a quiet, beautiful moment filled with purpose, faith, and connection. No crowd, no noise—just love, fully present.
They met a little over a year ago… and from day one, there was instant chemistry. The kind you don’t question—you just know.
What stood out most? The way they speak about each other.
Encouraging. Honest. Better together.
They share a love for the simple things—nature, walks on the beach, laughter—and a deeper desire to build a life grounded in faith and meaning. And in that moment, as the sun dipped low, everything just felt right.

I was truly honored to officiate the beautiful union of Cecilia and Brian. 💛
Introduced through a mutual client, their connection was instant—rooted in their shared love for Christ and a marriage built on faith. From the start, you could feel it… God’s timing.
They love the outdoors, live music, dancing, trivia—and most of all, making each other laugh. The kind of connection you just know.
This one meant a little extra. I was recommended by my friend friendor/vendor in the industry, Sonya Trombley, an incredible South Florida event planner… and out of everyone she knows, she chose me—for her Mom’s wedding. That matters.
With about 20 of their closest family and friends, their ceremony at Blue Point on the water in Tequesta was intimate, beautiful, and filled with purpose. It was a privilege to share scripture, stand beside them, and bless the start of their life together.

It was truly my honor to officiate for Paige & Corey—and jump in as their DJ for the full celebration 🎤💍
We shared a lot of laughs getting to know each other. I learned Paige had a quiet crush on Corey growing up (he was five years ahead 😄). Same schools, same circles… until Facebook finally brought them together.
Fast forward five years—now married, building a life between two states, a farm, and yes… trucks 😉
Set on a ranch with dirt roads and full-on country vibes 🤠🌾, the ceremony was filled with love and laughter—and the dance floor absolutely delivered 🔥

Nicole and Anthony’s love story is one of near-misses turned perfect timing—growing up on the same street, attending the same elementary school, and even orbiting the same family circles for years before finally meeting in December 2023 at a Friendsgiving neither of them initially wanted to attend. What followed was a natural, unforced connection that brought balance to both of their lives—Nicole grounding Anthony and softening his heart, while he reminds her to slow down and enjoy life’s simple moments. I was truly honored to be the officiant for Zach and Melissa on a perfectly lit South Florida afternoon beneath the banyan tree courtyard at The Addison. Surrounded by family and friends, there was an unmistakable sense of love, support, and presence—it was important to both of them that those present, and those passed be woven into the moment in a meaningful way. Their story is one of those “how did we not meet sooner?” kind of journeys—growing up in the same schools, appearing in the same yearbooks, yet only finding each other years later through a simple, modern connection online . From the first date—effortless, hours-long, and filled with that rare comfort of feeling like old friends —to traveling and building a life rooted in family, their bond is steady and real. Some tears, yes, the kind that come from love, gratitude, and certainty. As an officiant, I’m always aware of the balance—a deeply private moment, shared in a very public way. And to be trusted to guide that space, to help tell their story, and to witness their promises for a lifetime ahead… that’s something I never take lightly. I am honored.

Some love stories take time — and this one was worth every moment.
Bonnie and Walter met 20 years ago at a local restaurant and club, where a simple invitation to dance turned into hours of conversation… and eventually a life built together. From that unforgettable first night (and yes, a bold 3am phone call that led to breakfast the next morning), their journey has been filled with laughter, resilience, and unwavering partnership.
Through life’s challenges, they stood side by side — and along the way, built a beautiful blended family of children and grandchildren who surround them with love and support. Their marriage is not just about romance, but about shared values, mutual respect, and truly enjoying life together — music, food, conversation, and the simple joy of each other’s company.
It was an absolute honor for me to officiate their ceremony at the stunning 50 Ocean in Delray Beach, with its picture-perfect, elevated ocean views. Knowing Bonnie for over 20 years made this moment especially meaningful.
Congratulations to Bonnie & Walter — proof that love doesn’t rush… it arrives exactly when it’s meant to. 💙
