Today’s brunch graze was for one of our very first customers, which made it extra meaningful for us.

While the occasion was her mom’s memorial service, we were truly honored to be asked to be a small part of such an important day. We first had the pleasure of meeting her in the past out in Saint Helena, and it means so much when clients continue to trust us during both life’s celebrations and its tender moments.

Last night’s pre-wedding party was the perfect Lowcountry celebration! ✨

We started the evening with a beautiful charcuterie spread for guests to graze on, then served up a delicious Low Country Boil with all the fixings — the kind of relaxed, fun, family-style dinner that brings everyone together.

Sometimes the best dinners are the ones we barely get photos of because we’re too busy cooking, plating, serving, and making sure every detail is just right. 😅

A few snapshots from a private dinner the other night featuring shrimp ceviche in plantain cups, empanadas, watermelon salad, fresh local catch, and dark chocolate bread pudding.

There was so much more to this menu, but between the busy kitchen and dirty hands, the camera didn’t stand a chance.
