Our El Diablo was a hit! Blending freshly juiced fiery ginger root, black currant, tequila, and lime, this signature cocktail went the distance. It was a great way to start off the cocktail hour with it's punchy spice but was crushable enough to be in demand until the last song.

When choosing signature cocktails, sometimes you may want to consider if it's a great drink, but may be a one and done, or if it's something guests will reach for again. There's no right answer so long as you have options. We love options!

We heard you like Espresso Martinis!

So we went ahead and got bourbon barrel rested espresso beans, ground them and brewed them.

We mixed that with bourbon barrel rested cacao nibs we blended with cream, Pedro Ximenez sherry, and wheated bourbon.

Then we brought an immersion circulator to your wedding to keep the lemon butter foam at 125° so there was a fun contrast of the cold cocktail and the hot foam.
