This month stretched us, taught us, and strengthened us in ways we didn’t expect. It built us up, brought a few tears, a lot of laughs, and filled plenty of hearts and bellies along the way.

We overcame more than we imagined this April, and we’re so grateful for our clients, our support system, and this amazing community around us.

Four events in four days can sometimes feel like a giant game of Jenga. One missing piece and the whole thing could come crashing down.

Behind the scenes it’s dishes on dishes, scrubbing down the truck, prepping fresh ingredients, stacking dough balls, clean aprons, fresh rags, and making sure every little detail is ready to go.

It’s long hours and a lot of moving pieces, but when the oven fires up and people are smiling with a slice in their hand, it reminds us why we love it.

Grateful for every event, every pizza, and every person who stops by The Southern Peel 🍕✨
