Our Bluffton community suffered an unimaginable loss last weekend.

Venture Church and the Meissner family is holding a public celebration of life and memorial service this weekend at Oscar Frazier Park.

"All are welcome to attend as the community comes together to remember and celebrate Adam’s joyful spirit, bright smile, and the boundless love that Adam brought to everyone that knew him," the church wrote.

The event will run Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. and will include Kona Ice and bounce houses for children and "provide an opportunity to remember Adam while supporting his family."
