Brooke and Luke’s wedding was so beautiful! It was also the very first wedding at under their new owners. If you are looking for a wedding venue, you NEED to check this place out. It has been fully remodeled and it is gorgeous inside and out. The gardens and outdoor space is what dreams are made out of with a waterfall, meandering sidewalks, big trees, a fire pit and plenty of room for your guests. I love everything about the remodel. It is definitely worth checking out.

The cake was a classic lined buttercream with flowers. Each tier was a different gluten free flavor and I heard that none of the guests could even tell they were eating a gluten feee cake!! (Win, win for me!)
The flavors were chocolate peanut butter fudge and chocolate caramel toffee.

This mountain themed cake was for a beautiful wedding at . I love this venue so much, but it’s one of the most stressful places to deliver a large wedding cake because of the SUPER steep hill you need to drive up. The views and outdoor patio make it totally worth it though ❤️
Something fun about this cake order…
The bride lives in New York and couldn’t get down for a tasting, so we brought the tasting to her! Her wedding planner picked up the cake samples and took them on the flight with her. They had a mini cake tasting the next day! I’m so glad I could help them still have a fun tasting experience even though they were across the country.

Juliana has been a client of mine for several years years now and the cakes she has me make for her kids are always so fun. This cake was extra special because her daughter designed it herself and even sent me a drawing of what she wanted. I loved being able to bring her drawing to life. It’s one of my favorite cakes I’ve made this year because of how personal it was for the birthday girl.

When I got asked to make an axolotl cake, I had to admit that I needed to google what it was 😂
I should have just asked my teenagers because they knew right away what these cute little creatures were when I was assembling the cake.

This has been a year of Lego cakes and I love it!
A few years ago I made my own silicone mold using real legos to form the pattern. The lifelike legos and bright colors are what makes these themed cakes some of my favorite ones to design for clients.
