One of our very favorite patrons. Mr.Kantor enjoyed many cups of soup and sandwiches while ready the newspaper on his lunch break over the years. God rest his soul 🤍
Sending our condolences to all of the family and our community as we honor his legacy.

Air Force veteran and leader in the Bluefield community, Isaac Norris Kantor, served many roles during his life in the Two Virginias, including as a longtime attorney, the director of First Community Bank, and as a member of the Bluefield State University Board of Governors.

🧋Here's just a "Sip" of what went down this past Saturday at our 2nd Sip & Stretch Event! ☕🧘‍♀️

We had an amazing turnout of athletes who shared their time with us to enjoy community, movement, and treats. It was such a pleasure meeting new inspirational individuals in our community!

A Special Thanks to Foundations Fitness for sharing your great space, and The Blue Spoon Bakehouse & Catering for serving up delicious drink and food options for these athletes.

We are honored to be able to team up with local businesses, spread movement education, and be a part of such a motivating community.

Serving you is the best thing we will ever do 🌟
