Others prefer a touch of mystery and choose our Chef’s Surprise, allowing our team full creative freedom to craft an unforgettable menu designed just for them.
This entrée is one of those surprises: a grilled and sous vide beef tenderloin filet, the prized center of the cut often known as the heart of the filet mignon, paired with white truffle and herb mashed potatoes, chef’s crafted vegetables, roasted red pepper purée, cabernet and veal demi-glace, and a crown of delicate microgreens.
