Hey friends! I truly don’t like sounding harsh, but this needs to be said so we can keep things running smoothly. When we give a specific return time, it’s not just because we enjoy waking up early—it’s because we have other parties to prep for, deliveries to make, or we simply want to spend time with our families on the weekend.
Lately, this has been happening way too often: items being brought back an hour (or more) late with no communication. That means we’ve been sitting and waiting that entire time, and it’s frustrating and disrespectful of our schedule.
Because this has become such a repeated issue, we will now be implementing a late return fee. If you are late without prior communication, it will result in being charged for an additional full day’s rental.
All we ask is that you respect the return time given, or just let us know if you’re running behind. A quick text goes a long way! We always do our part by staying in touch, sending reminders, and making sure you know we’re ready—please do the same so we can continue providing the best service possible.
