Since it's Throwback Thursday, and Chicagoland is wondering if Pope Leo XIV will make a visit back to the area, it got us thinking about when Pope John Paul II visited Chicago. We were excited and honored we were to be the only caterer to serve a formal dinner to the Papal Entourage.
