A few months ago, these flowers were just seeds tucked into the ground. Now they’re filling vases with color and reminding me why all the hard work is worth it.

The farm is changing every day, and each new bloom brings us one step closer to opening.

Young sunflowers actually track the sun throughout the day.

This process is called heliotropism, and it helps them maximize sunlight while growing.

As they mature, most sunflowers settle facing east.

Nature is pretty incredible. 🌻
