Welcome to Bissinger's Catering & Concession

My husband and I operate a fair concession and catering business. Our product is made on-site fresh daily. We use local apples and peaches and serve our dumplings with Manning's homemade cinnamon or vanilla ice cream. My Catering business was started with my sister-in-law in 1999. We offer homestyle comfort foods as our specialty. We have catered for 4

-1200 people. We are only an off-premise caterer. We offer a wide variety of menus for all occasions or we can customize a menu to suit our client.
