Welcome to Bissinger's Catering & Concession

My husband and I operate a fair concession and catering business. Our product is made on-site fresh daily. We use local apples and peaches and serve our dumplings with Manning's homemade cinnamon or vanilla ice cream. My Catering business was started with my sister-in-law in 1999. We offer homestyle comfort foods as our specialty. We have catered for 4

-1200 people. We are only an off-premise caterer. We offer a wide variety of menus for all occasions or we can customize a menu to suit our client.

We will be at Honey Hole Winery next Wednesday and Thursday, June 24th and 25th! Opening at 11AM and serving until 6:30PM!

Hoping to have APPLE & PEACH!!🍎🍑 plus the winery has DELICIOUS flavors for their slushies! Stop by for lunch, an after work slushie, and a dumpling for dessert!

Plus keep an eye out for where you can find us on the 4th of July!!!🇺🇸🎇

UPDATE on our schedule!
The event that we have listed- Anthracite Festival is in SHAMOKIN not Mt. Carmel. That was my mistake and I will try and go back in to fix that on our post but I just wanted to throw a post up letting everyone know.

We will be in SHAMOKIN for the Anthracite Festival on May 23rd from 10AM to 5PM!
