Nothing but respect for the staff over at Joe Baca Middle School today for their Employee Appreciation event in Bloomington.

Early morning setup, smokers rolling, and fresh BBQ plates coming off the pit for the teachers, staff, and employees that keep the school running every day.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve the people that serve our community.

🔥 SOLD OUT AT 909 TACOLANDIA LAST NIGHT 🔥

Big J’s SoCal BBQ came through San Bernardino and the community SHOWED OUT! We were serving from 5PM–11PM and officially sold out last night at 909 TacoLandia! 💨🍖

Huge thank you to everybody who pulled up, supported, shared posts, waited in line, and rocked with us all night long.

Special shoutout to the homie Brandon for helping put together the venue and creating a solid atmosphere for the Inland Empire community. Respect. 🙏

Also shoutout to the homie Jesus for rolling through and showing love, plus the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce members that came by to support Big J’s SoCal BBQ. That support means a lot.

Big J’s SoCal BBQ showed up today and ran it clean.

We moved serious volume on:

* Brisket Mac & Cheese Cups
* Brisket Sandwiches
* Nacho “Romp Point”
* Fresh Lemonades

Everything held, everything sold through, and we went completely sold out on brisket items.

Appreciation to everyone who came through and supported the stand today — this is what keeps the operation moving and growing.
