Sarah & Tommy 8.1.26 🩷

This was a beautiful day filled with so many amazing touches and personal details! From the homemade wood cuts taken from the trees at Sarah’s childhood camp, to the individual coasters hand-stitched by her mom for guest favors, to the handwritten notes for each guest, every detail was thought out and so intentional!

But perhaps my favorite detail in this love story was that Sarah & Tommy found time on their wedding day to return to the very place they met: the library reference room at St. Olaf College ! 🥹

It was a joy to celebrate with this sweet couple and was made even better with this rockstar vendor team!

Every wedding needs at least ONE detail, whether that be an outfit, a decor or food item or an experience that’s just a little bit wacky!

Here’s an example from E&V’s Up North camp wedding, which begs the question: are you even Minnesotan if your event doesn’t include a booze canoe…?! 🛶 🍻

Thinking of doing a late night dress change?! Here’s 3 things to consider:

1. The dress

Choose something that’s comfortable to dance and move in, that fits the overall vibe of your day, and most importantly feels like YOU!

2. The photos

Consider whether or not you want photos of your reception dress and if so, coordinate with your photographer and planner to make sure the moment is captured!

3. The details

Does your dress change come with a hair change or shoe change? Will you have different accessories? The fun is all in the little details!!!
