I find this production objectionable for a number of reasons; for one thing, this is not how musicians behave. Are they being held against their will in a film studio? Who records a piano that way with no microphones? How does that garage sound like a recital hall? Why are they dressed up without an audience? When does artificiality become so excessive that it turns art into garbage?

In a nutshell: this is not a performance; it's a music video.

Music and musicians deserve recordings that honor them, not ones that ignore them and instead pile on outlandish, irrelevant fluff. This video is absurd.
