✨ Meet the face behind Lucy Doodle Face Painting! ✨

Hi, friends! I’m Faith Van Horn, but most people know me by my nickname—Lucy! 💕 That’s where the fun name Lucy Doodle Face Painting came from.

Art has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, but there’s something truly special about using my creativity to bring smiles to children’s faces. Face painting has become the most rewarding form of art I’ve ever experienced. There’s nothing better than watching a child look in the mirror and see their favorite animal, superhero, princess, or dragon come to life.

I’ve been lucky enough to practice on my sweet nieces over the years, and seeing how much joy it brought them inspired me to turn this passion into a business. Their excitement reminded me that a little paint and imagination can create memories that last a lifetime.

Whether you’re planning a birthday party, festival, school event, fundraiser, community celebration, or any special occasion, I’d love to help make your event even more magical! Every face I paint is created with care, creativity, and lots of heart.

What an incredible night at the Fort Bloomfield Rodeo! ❤️🤍💙

A HUGE thank you to every kiddo (and parent!) who waited so patiently in line to get their face painted tonight. Seeing all of your smiles made our Fourth of July celebration so special, and we loved being a part of your rodeo memories!

To everyone we had to turn away at the end of the night—we are truly so sorry. We wish we could have painted every single face, and we appreciate your understanding more than you know.

We can’t wait to see everyone again at the Davis County Fair in just two weeks for even more face painting fun! 🎨✨
