Can a planner fall in love with the love of a couple?

YUP.

Dan and Marissa's day was indescribable, thoughtful, and had SO MUCH LOVE poured into each little detail at their wedding.

The love you see on their faces? It's not just because they have a mouthful of (though I'm sure it's a little bit because of that, too), it's because they truly adore one another and the life they've already started to build together.

I had many guests thank me this weekend for making Dan and Marissa feel special... Well I cannot thank Dan and Marissa enough for making ME feel special enough to be trusted with their joy-filled affair filled with soooo much love.

Love your person the way that Marissa and Dan do while they're stuffed full of donut cake.

June in New England is one of our favorite months to plan weddings (and our busiest one for 2020!). The weather is starting to hint at summer, but isn't too hot, the grass and trees are that stunning bright new green, and life is just starting to blossom.

Shout out to the bday gal, Lauren! If you've ever hired for Day/Month of Coordination chances are you've experienced her attention to detail and overall amazing personality! I'm so lucky to have her as a best friend and business partner!

to one of last weekend's four weddings that was throwing us a loop for. Amber & Ted said their vows to one another in front of the Captain House and proceeded to have their cocktail hour and reception at the top of the hill. Their decor was the we love. Farm tables were adorned with beautiful Garland greenery and various votives scattered throughout. They chose hexagons as a theme throughout their wedding, a beautiful and unique touch!

What. a. weekend.

Dorian was a , probably one of our top 3 -5. Don't get us wrong. But man, did we feel the love this weekend.

We had reach out to us who had nothing to do with any of our 4 weddings. And helped us... immensely.

The community came together and found us OVER 5 WEDDING DRESSES IN THE RIGHT SIZE, because one of our brides dresses was stuck on the mainland and we weren't sure what was doing. (The dress made it, but I still can't get over this)

We flew in band equipment, and had several islanders supplement what was missing.

We found out helicopters charter.

And most importantly, our couples married the loves of their lives, and still had SOOOOO many of the friends and family members in attendance to celebrate their love for one another. ♥️♥️♥️ From the bottom of our hearts congratulations to our AMAZING couples, and thank you doesn't even begin to explain how
Feels about everyone who went above and beyond this weekend. Also, a side note- one of our team members became an officiant this weekend on the fly!
We love you all.

Congratulations, we hope to see you back out here soon! ♥️🌊♥️🌊♥️ And now, we take a moment to reflect on the amazing love and recharge before our final Block Island Wedding...go !
