I am so grateful for my husband Paul who has made the bulk of our inventory including our farm tables, bars, and carts. Initially when we started 4 years ago, our son helped him with the custom builds which was amazing. For the past couple years, our son is now active duty in the military and not living near by so every custom build is done by Paul. His favorite part of our work which I agree is the installation day. It is amazing to see when our carefully created inventory is put in place for our clients special celebration. I am thankful for all Paul does for Heartfelt Rentals along with his full time job. Without him it would not be possible to offer such wonderfully crafted furnishings and detailed installations.

As a small business owner of a boutique event rental company I wear many hats from behind the scenes business management, social media and marketing strategies, customer service, client meetings, improving and repairing inventory, curating and helping my husband Paul along with his full time job to create custom builds for events, installation and breakdown of every detail of all of our booked events and collaborating with our intern and other professionals. It is challenging and rewarding all at the same time especially when we are trying to balance and soak in our precious children and family and two grandchildren. The relationships with our clients and ensuring their special celebrations are exactly how they envision is the true heart of our work . We aren’t a big box business- we are professionals trying our best with each client and their unique needs to create lasting wonderful memories with their loved ones. As we continue to grow - we remain steadfast in always improving along the way and treating our clients and their celebration with a high standard as if it was our own event.
