Attention theatre and music community:

The Blaine High School Theatre department is in urgent need of a director for the pit orchestra for its spring musical, Footloose.

Rehearsals would begin immediately. The director could largely be in charge of setting a schedule they feel is appropriate, however, some important dates that have been set are listed below. Generally, the school day lets out at 2:30, so we would prefer someone who could be there close to that time.

Paid stipend: Approximately $1500.

Lastly, this person would be work with young musicians, so you need to know that you will be asked to pass a background check prior to employment.
