Blessed is me! I have and will always be incredibly thankful for my circle!
I'm not sure just how much people realize the work that goes into catering. On average for me is a 3 day job from the grocery shopping, prep work, cooking, setup, serving, clean up, pack up and unpack but I wouldn't change a thing!! For me I'm doing what I love and spending time with the people I LOVE! Thank you to my husband Ray Boyett who grills and smokes the meat along with many other duties, my twisted sister Haley Wolfe my right arm and eye for detail and great cook! Her husband Frankie who can shine a chaffin pan like no one's business and a great server, my parents Mike Patti Evans who steps in at any given moment to fill in where ever needed, my bff/assistant Lori Hutto Taylor who also is my left arm when my right arm is busy! Thank you from the top to the bottom of my heart! I love each and everyone of you!!
