N2-Deep Horse Club Rules

◦ 25+ will be mandatory. Saddle clubs, horse clubs and step groups will be ok to enter as a group with appropriate club attire. Each club or group CEO and PRESIDENT will be contacted by N2-DEEP HORSE CLUB if any trouble occurs and the whole club/group will be banned for 2 years after being escorted off property.

◦ Children are still free and are welcome to come join the rodeo and day party events. We have plenty for them to enjoy. Please let them come out to enjoy the day festivities.

◦ Families coming to camp out for the week with children are also welcomed and same rules will apply as TRAILRIDE groups.

◦ After 5pm there will be controlled gate entry. All vendors and everyone camping for the weekend should have everything they need. We do understand emergencies happen.

◦ Free parking will be available while it last. Paid parking will be available by neighbors in the community(Cashonly) There will be plenty. (Do not park on side of road or at dollar general) We are not liable for anyone that gets towed.

◦ Once parking is at capacity there will be no more entry. If your on the property your ok.

◦ No alcohol vendors BYOB

◦ Security will be enforced heavily and checkpoints will be active. No weapons, no glass bottles, no backpacks, no face coverings, cooler checks.

◦ Cash only admission $10 Thursday , $20 friday, $20 Saturday. Campers are $50 one time pay.

◦ Price is subject to go up after 11pm get there early.

◦ No smoking on dance floor (designated area by dance floor 💨🌳⛽️)

◦ Horse riders free upon arrival with horse.

◦ Trail riders and campers can have one car to camp site. ( plus truck that’s used to haul rv/camper/horse trailer) people you invite will park or get them there early to unload. Designated pick up spot will be in the arena. (We will not be cluttered in the fields it will be space)

◦ No SxS, no atv’s, no dirt bikes. Golf carts and utility vehicles are the only motorized vehicles welcomed.

◦ Designated golf carts parking by dance floor.

◦ There will be no big field parties after hours of main party. Campsite noise is tolerated and we understand you’ll be lit so it is ok Friday night just keep it to a minimum and have fun. During the daytime turn up all you would like to. Just don’t block any gate entry.
