Geyser Ranch is a sustainable tiny home community and builder based in Black Diamond, WA. We're creating a beautiful, affordable place for people to live closer to nature and with more intention. As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate, organized, and mission-aligned Office Manager to join us and help bring this vision to life.

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and love making systems run smoothly.
You’re proactive, friendly, and comfortable handling a wide range of tasks—from scheduling and customer communications to managing vendors and helping with sales follow-up.
You care about sustainability, housing solutions, or building something meaningful from the ground up.
You’re not afraid of a little dust—this isn’t a corporate desk job. You’ll be working closely with the founder and team on-site.
🛠 What You’ll Do
Coordinate day-to-day office and site operations
Manage customer inquiries and assist with tiny home sales
Keep track of projects, schedules, and vendor communication
Assist with permitting, recordkeeping, and compliance
Help build and maintain a warm, organized, and welcoming environment
📍 Location & Schedule
Based in Black Diamond, WA
Full-time preferred, flexible hours possible for the right fit
Pay dependent on experience — includes performance Bonus incentives as we grow
