Here we are again with another very important FAQ, “Are venue staff present on my wedding day?”
Absolutely!
Your wedding vendors all come together to work as a team, but no one needs to give any brain space to the venue. Our Venue Manager is there from start to finish, covering all venue related needs so your coordinator and vendors can stay focused on creating an amazing experience for you and your guests.

They will handle needs such as temperature and lighting to restrooms, trash, extra chairs, light spills, and room flips. We are there to handle all the behind the scenes details. We also work alongside your coordinator to help gracefully pivot when those little last-minute changes inevitably come up, laying the foundation for a smooth guest experience.

Between our Venue Managers, we have almost four decades of experience with weddings and events. We know just how important your one wedding day is, and we take seriously our promise of effortless elegance grounded in the peace of nature.

We’re back again with another FAQ, “Do we have to see the venue in-person before booking?”
You do not! We offer virtual tours and have had many clients book site unseen either because of busy schedules or being out of state. We’ve even had couples travel from out of the country to get married here!

Since our calendar changes daily, and we cannot guarantee availability for a second tour, we recommend planning to have all decision-makers present for your first visit, whether it’s in-person or virtual. Today we have another FAQ, “Do we get a rehearsal?”
Yes! Every wedding includes a one-hour rehearsal the DAY BEFORE your wedding. Your rehearsal is officially scheduled after your walkthrough, which takes place two weeks prior to your wedding. At that point, we’ll confirm your rehearsal time based on our calendar.
Our available times are
• 9:00–10:00 AM the MORNING BEFORE your wedding • 4:00–5:00 PM the EVENING BEFORE your wedding
If those time slots aren’t available because of other events, don’t worry! You can always rehearse off-site or use part of your wedding day rental time for a rehearsal.
We’re here to help make sure everyone feels confident and prepared before the big moment.

We are back with one of the most important FAQs, “At what time should I schedule my ceremony?”
This is a fantastic question! Our primary suggestion is that your ceremony is at least an hour prior to sunset so you aren’t chasing daylight for pictures. That isn’t as much of a concern during the long evenings of summer months, but is very important for those early spring, late fall and winter weddings.
The maximum event time that we allow from ceremony to grand exit is 6 hours with 1 hour minimum required for cleanup at the end of the evening, but the good news is, you get to choose your preferred rental hours between 6am and midnight. You can adjust your rental time to be earlier in the day, if desired, so you get all those yummy golden hour sunset pictures after your ceremony!

Now that busy season is starting to slow down a bit, it’s time for a little more of a personal note with the owner and founder of the venues at Dream Point Ranch.

Hi! My name is Sarah and 9 years and almost 800 events ago, my husband Jason and I began building the Dream Point Ranch brand.

We purchased some land adjacent to my parents’ property and moved out to the hill almost 12 years ago. I owned another business prior to starting the venues and sold that company after we finished Mountain Crest Venue, our original all white facility.

Then in October of 2022, we expanded by opening our precious all-brick Riverbend Chapel. Divided by a half a mile, two events can easily occur at the same time on the 191 acre estate.

When we were under construction with our first wedding venue, I was asked what we were going to name the brand we were building. That was probably the EASIEST decision we had ever made! My parents had first purchased the raw land where both venues now stand and had named it Dream Point Ranch back in the late 90s when there were no roads, wells, power or buildings. It was named after their own personal dream of having property near Tulsa to call their own.

So when the opportunity to share the land on a grand scale came about, there was no other name it could possibly be! Now three generations reside at the Ranch and all three contribute to its success.

This is genuinely our home opened up for you and your guests to enjoy. It can’t be any more personal than that and we adore sharing these views and these buildings with you. ❤️

From our first meeting until their wedding day, every second of working with Erin and Branden was a dream.

We know we are know for our mountain-top ceremony views, but pinch ourselves when our clients choose a Full Estate Rental with their ceremony at Riverbend Chapel and reception at the highest point in Tulsa County at our Mountain Crest Venue.

And Oklahoma was really showing off in April this year, because the whole day was just magical.
