What an enjoyable time it’s been catering the ND Chamber PAC Social at the Bismarck Event Center!
We served up both BBQ and Swedish meatballs, meat, cheese & cracker trays, vegetable tray and dip, Genoa salami caprese skewers with a balsamic drizzle, Buffalo Chicken Dip with naan bites, ham & pickle roll-ups, our unique house Chex mix & scotcharoos!

It was an honor, as always to serve lunches to TWO groups of our National Guard yesterday and today. Roughy 200 of our finest were treated to Carnitas tacos with all the toppings yesterday and today, it was a fall favorite with Cowboy Chili & cheese, side salad with cheese & brownie bites!

For the newlyweds and their guest, we served a Mesquite-grilled Swiss chicken breast with mashed potatoes & a Swiss-cream gravy, salad with cheese & a dinner roll with butter!

Weekends are wild! And this weekend began with providing dinner for 138 ND Guard soldiers! Tonight we served Mesquite-grilled chicken Alfredo, salad with cheese, dinner rolls & Krispee bars. Always an honor! See you for lunch tomorrow!
