It's the night before we close the doors to our Midtown location. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to serve such a great community, to have been a part of a great community, to get to know such amazing people, to serve our unhoused brothers and sisters, to hear the stories of the people who are just in town to go to the hospital and wandered over, to make amazing food, to talk shop with the chefs who come in just to eat and hang out, and to contribute to the lives of all of those who walked in and give us a try. I wish this could have gone differently, but sometimes, it's best to part ways on a good note than to wait until things go too far. This space was my dream from so long ago. Many times coming to Birmingham, all I wanted was one of those restaurants under those apartments. I got it. I invested in it. I'm so proud of my little space in the world, so saying goodbye is difficult. I know I'm making the right decision for now based on the situation. I'm not sure what the future holds, but I'm optimistic to see. Thank you ALL for the love and support. Catch us on the food truck. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH🥰🥰🥰

We have decided, after much consideration, to close our midtown location effective Feb 27, 2026. I want to say THANK YOU BIRMINGHAM! Thank you for the support, for the compliments, for coming in and hanging out, for posting about us, for support and your kind words, for always brighten our day, for just being the ABSOLUTE BEST! I am so grateful for each and every one of you. You all have made this decision more difficult than I ever thought it would be.

I am very excited about the next chapter of my life and blessed for the chapter I am closing. Thank you all so much for being a part of my journey.
