After coordinating quite a few weddings and events, I’ve learned that no two celebrations are ever exactly the same. 🤍

From watching everything come together after months of planning to handling the little details that allow my couples to truly enjoy their day, these moments are what make coordinating so rewarding.

Your wedding day can be beautiful and still come with a few unexpected problems. 👀

The good news? You don’t have to be the one solving them.

Here are a few wedding day problems I handle behind the scenes:

✨ Late vendors: I communicate with vendors, keep everyone on schedule, and make adjustments when someone falls behind.

✨ Missing boutonnieres: If something important isn’t where it’s supposed to be, I’m helping locate it and finding a solution so you don’t have to panic.

✨ Timeline adjustments: Things don’t always go exactly according to plan. I adjust the timeline when needed while keeping the rest of the day moving.

✨ Guest questions: From “Where do I go?” to “When does this start?” I’m there to answer questions so you and your family aren’t constantly interrupted.

✨ Weather issues: If weather changes the plan, I help coordinate the necessary adjustments so everyone knows what’s happening next.

These are the little things you may not think about when planning your wedding, but they can quickly become big distractions on the day of.

My job is to handle the unexpected so you can stay present, enjoy your people, and actually experience your wedding day. 🤍

A day in the busy life of a wedding coordinator coordinating a vow renewal ✨🤍

While my clients are enjoying their special day, I’m behind the scenes making sure everything is running smoothly.

From helping with light setup and making sure every detail is in place, to directing vendors, communicating timelines, making sure everyone knows where they need to be and when, coordinating the ceremony, keeping the schedule on track, troubleshooting unexpected moments, and making sure the couple and their guests feel taken care of, I’m watching it all.

My goal is to handle the moving pieces so my clients don’t have to.
