Now THAT is how you end a weekend!

We’re OPEN Monday for RED BEANS MONDAY and CLOSED Tuesday to give our crew a reset.

Before another week begins, we just want to say MERCI BEAUCOUPS.

ROLL CAJUN has officially been open 215 days.

When we opened February 17, we barely had enough money to get the doors open. We didn’t start this restaurant to get rich. We started because people wanted our food, we believed in what we were creating, and we wanted to share a piece of our Louisiana heritage with Birmingham.

Those first months weren’t about making money. They were about figuring out how to make this crazy thing work. We’ve learned. We’ve made mistakes. We’ve grown. We’ve had incredible highs and some humbling lows.

But through all of it, our purpose has become clearer:

FAITH. HERITAGE. JOY.

Our purpose is to create a place free from negativity, where the diversity of our customers and staff is celebrated and every person who walks through our doors experiences JOY.

Whether you’re picking up a to-go order for five minutes or spending two hours eating, drinking, listening to music and laughing with people you love — we want you to leave happier than you arrived.

That’s ROLL CAJUN.

Faith keeps us grounded.
