These are updated calendars for May, June, July, and August. The 💎 are the dates already booked. Friendly reminder : In order for your date to be booked you have to put down a $25 security deposit for all non wedding events. For wedding events the security deposits will be discussed individually depending on the package.

December 27th: Noon - 7pm

We will have 2 trees decorated.
Tables decorated ( 12 tables) (seats 96)
We clean after your Christmas Party.
Supply plates, silverware, napkins and cups! (For 100)

If you want to rent the venue for one of the above dates without tables decorated, you will clean up and No plates, silverware, napkins and cups supplied!

Building will not be open for any event until the event has been paid in full.

We have 4 options for payment:

CASH: can usually meet in one of these towns- Mountain View, Birch Tree (certain days), West plains (certain days) , and Willow Springs.

Facebook Pay: To my personal account

Paypal: I can send you my email address

Or can even mail payment.

All checks: has to be made out to- Trista Thomas

All checks have to clear bank 24 hours prior to event.

Our Goal is always to keep things affordable for our clients. Please help us keep the cost down. As the money we make goes back into the venue and goes towards the venues monthly bills.
