A new beginning in a positive direction!
DeeLynn Designs is restructuring to be a home based business. This is the outcome of being targeted by a scam aimed to remove me as a competitor in the Billings Floral Industry. Please respect that I am unable to answer questions as I have been asked by the not to discuss details at this time. I have been unable to open any messages on Facebook, emails, texts or answer unknown phone numbers.There are an few things that I feel are important to share with all of my past and future flower clients.
- I have been made aware that my website company continued to take orders on my behalf after I terminated their service and there were a couple of orders that were not delivered. This companies policy is to refund the customer 100% if their order is not complete and delivered. If anyone had trouble with the compliance of this policy, please contact me so I can assume full responsibility for your loss. EVERY order is important to me, and it kills me that my misfortune created disappointment for you. I am truly very sorry. My new contact information will be made public the last week in September, here on my page. Please, no matter what amount the order was for, I ask you to give me the opportunity to correct this.
- All of my bridal clients were taken care of to the best of my ability with the situation I had at hand. I was unable to be contacted for a few weeks. Because of this, two asked for refunds that I honored their requests without question or contract requirements. The brides who stuck with me through all of this were presented with beautiful floral displays for their wedding day. The last one I did before closing my shop texted me the next day and said her flowers were "more beautiful than anything I could have ever imagined." Thank you to those ladies, your kindness and understanding will never be forgotten!
- I am not a quitter! I have worked hard for the past 5 years to bring value and interesting artistic design to Billings. I am overwhelmed by all of you who stopped by, called, messaged and when I couldn't be contacted some even wrote letters asking of I was OK and let me know how much you want me to open back up. Your love and support helped me get through a dark time. YOU are the reason I will not give up... YOU are the reason I will do what ever it takes to once again provide fantastic designs for your loved ones to enjoy!
- The restructuring of DeeLynn Desings will require a little extra thought on your part, as all orders will have to be made at least one day in advance and in doing so, you will benefit HUGE discounts and savings, as I will no longer have much for overhead and I am determined to regain your confidence! I will be reopen for business OCTOBER 1st with a little teaser sale the week before, when I can finally announce my new public number. I'm so excited to share the special instructions for fantastic flower savings that will be given. Thank you all for your kind words and understanding. I can't wait to design for you again!
