When considering where to elope, please do not overlook your local county or city park! So many couples automatically think of a National or State Park to elope in-- and of course, any of those parks are a stunning place to get married. However, they are often overcrowded, logistically challenging to reach, and might require a lot of hiking to get to those "iconic" spots. There are pros and cons to any location... 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘺𝘢𝘳𝘥? Eloping in your own local area can save a ton of stress with less drive times, way less packing if you are getting ready at home, and also the cost of everything considered when traveling!

It's always 100% a great idea to rent a unique car that can really POP along your Highway 1 adventure! Consider reserving a classic vehicle or an interesting color for your rental which can provide even more fun wedding photos!! 🚙

This post is dedicated to all my past couples who included their fur babies in their wedding day! Do you spot your pup?! 🐶

How pawsome would it be to have your furry best friend at your wedding? They are family after all! There can be so many different ways to include them:
-The “best man” can be your pup
-Flower g̶i̶r̶l̶ pup
-Dog of honor
-The ring bearer
-They can also walk down the aisle with you or be part of your first dance!

🐾 More pup tips:
• Make sure your location allows dogs! Many parks do, as long as they are on a on leash
• Don’t forget their needs: water bowl, treats, meds, and even a little pet first aid kit that includes tick tweezers
• Try to stick to their normal feeding time
• Make sure they’re microchipped and up to date on vaccinations
• Consider their comfort -- would they be okay with travel, crowds, and stimulation?
• Always practice Leave No Trace and carry waste bags
