Another dinner in the books. This was a big one. It ended up being 8 courses with wine. I did not get as many pictures as I would have liked. But it was a lot of fun. I have a lot more dinners to come in the next couple of weeks. They are going to be busy but I am so very excited to see where this is all going. ☺️☺️☺️

Pot de crème. One of my favorite desserts. It translates to “pot of cream”. Which is only half true. There is also egg yolks, Belgian chocolate, and sugar in this one. Topped with raspberry compote and chattily. It has a very smooth texture and a lot of flavor.
