Lakefest 2025 in Big Bear: Summer’s Epic Finale!


🤩It was an unforgettable, end-of-summer weekend at Big Bear Lake!

From August 22–24, Ski Beach Park came alive with:

🚣‍♀️Paddle Lakefest – High energy competitions of 5K, 10K, & 20K had everyone from pros to first-timers launching into alpine waters.💦
🏊‍♂️Swim Lakefest plunged racers into 1.2- and 2.4-mile, 70°F lake water high above sea level, earning swag, medals, and locally crafted awards.🌊
🎸Live Original Music – 12 original bands rocked the stage: Deacon Dimes, Tommy Drinkard and The Remedy, Ganda, Woe’s Holler, Rove ft. Los Poncho Tones, Honey Buckets, Sara Barlowe Blues R***e, No No, Tristen & Delaney, Twang Danglers, and The Blackbook delivered nonstop stage energy all weekend long!🎤
🍻Party, party, PARTY! Beer garden, local eats, merch stalls, kids zone, bike valet, and shuttle services made it easy and exciting to take in the weekend at your own speed. 🍔 🌮
🥳Family fun & surprises – BMX stunt shows, arm wrestling, live painting, live wood-carving, a drum circle, a karate demo, raffles with big prizes—so much to see and do for all ages💪🚲🌅🌞

🎪Lakefest wasn’t just an event—it was Big Bear’s ultimate farewell to summer, taking “Paddle, Swim, Music, Party” to a whole new level making for an unforgettable weekend.
