Every once in a while, we get the gift of a wedding that feels almost surreal in its details! Jonathan and Nora’s wedding was one of those. Maybe it was the thick, hallmark worthy snowflakes falling down on their downtown church and mansion reception venue, or maybe it was the glow of the lights in the winter darkness, or maybe it was just the beauty of a brand new marriage! But no matter the reason, this was the perfect wedding to wrap up our season.

Victoria and John’s reception was at the iconic Palmer House in Chicago- a historic institution of a hotel! This hotel has hosted legends like Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald. It’s birthplace of the brownie, and was the first Chicago hotel to install elevators and electric lightbulbs, and due to the tragedies of the great Chicago fire, it’s now one of the most fireproof hotels in the world. We were so excited and honored to add this venue to our wedding list!
