A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the Maples Repertory Theatre Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening! Whether you’re a longtime supporter or a new friend of the theatre, it was wonderful to see so many faces and feel the excitement in the room. Your generosity at the Premium Gala Auction was truly incredible.

We especially want to congratulate and thank Dennis & Molly White for winning the bid of our exclusive Secret Sanctuary experience. Your support means the world to us, and we’re honored to have the opportunity to collaborate with you in creating a truly unforgettable experience that reflects the magic and spirit of The Secret Sanctuary.

The Secret Sanctuary was born from a dream, a little bit of serendipity, and a whole lot of hard work and heart. What started as a simple wish—to get married by the water Jennifer’s dad built—quickly grew into something much bigger when family and friends rallied around the idea, ready to do whatever it took to make it happen.

With no formal plans and just the resources we had on hand (and plenty of treasures found at auctions over the years), our family came together to build an outdoor space that’s as meaningful as it is beautiful. Every pew, every path, and every light was placed with love, sweat, and a spirit we came to call —“What I Got.”

The Secret Sanctuary isn’t just a venue; it’s a testament to what happens when people come together, bring their unique gifts, and make something unforgettable.
