If you are planning to attend and have not yet completed a registration or an Endicott reservation, it would be a huge help if you get your registration and full payment in ASAP! There are packets to assemble and the college has rooms to prepare. We want your complete camp experience to be smooth sailing from the moment you arrive, and the more we can do in advance, the easier for us to make that happen.

It has been quite awhile since Beantown has had a themed night, a chance to dress up for some extra fun. This year we’ve got one for Sunday with a Country Western Night. From the inspiration of Cowboy Coleman. That’s Samuel, in case you are wondering. The music for the evening will be with this year’s Beantown All Star Band, including Gordon Webster, Josh Lee, Taryn Newborne, and Naomi Uyama. You know they will be swinging!

May is quickly coming to a close, as are the Beantown Discount registration prices! There is still time to take advantage with registering by May 31. Continuing to be in effect are First Timer discounts for the whole shebang and week, as well as International discounts for all time periods.

We can tell you about our plans and features of what Beantown is all about, however, what it ultimately comes down to are the experiences of all who attend. Something that keeps us motivated to continue through the years are the responses and sentiments we receive, from those attending for the first time through to those that are long time attendees. That is truly a reward, and means so much to us.

Beantown Bands!
We're thrilled to announce the Beantown bands for this year! Local treasure Toni Lynn Washington played one of our very first Beantowns, and we're so happy to have her again this year. Beantown favorites, Taryn Newborne and Gordon Webster are back. Josh Lee is bringing his big band for their Beantown debut. In addition, Sunday night's Beantown All-Star Band will be a collaboration with Gordon, Taryn, Josh and Naomi Uyama! We know it's going to be fantastic.

Thinking about summer, warm weather, and having fun? Want an excellent start to the summer? Beantown's got that. The Endicott campus has a beautiful setting on the shore just north of Boston, including it’s own beaches. The views and the breezes are fantastic. An ideal location for a Lindy Hop vacation!

If you would like to take advantage of the Discount prices, get your registration in by Saturday, May 31. Full prices go into effect in June. Whole shebang and week discounts for first timers, as well as international discounts will remain in effect. If applicable, discounts can be combined!

There is still housing available, however, some of the choices have sold out. It is highly recommended to stay on campus, which almost everyone does. All housing includes full meals. Once on campus, there is no need to have a car, as everything is in walking distance.

It's challenging putting together our week at Beantown camp. These days especially, there continually seem to be new hurdles to jump. However, what gets us through and motivates us to continue is all the joy we receive from Beantown campers. Having this magnificent week, seeing all the smiles, sharing our passion for this fabulous dance, and community that means so much to us. We love Beantown, and we're incredibly happy when you do as well.

Beantown Early Bird Discounts End Soon!
With April flying by, now would be a good time to register for Beantown. The Early Bird prices will be coming to an end soon. If you would like to take advantage, please register by Wednesday, April 30 before the prices change. Spring is almost officially here! Before long it will turn to summer and we’ll be back at the beautiful Endicott College campus, welcoming everyone to Beantown. If you are dreaming of warmer days and would like to take a Lindy Hop vacation, we have just the thing for you!

Beantown registration will open on Saturday, March 29 at 1:00pm EDT. We’ve been immersed in planning, watching the time fly by way too quickly. Here we are in the middle of March, and although much of our world has been about Beantown, we’re finally sending out to yours. As with every year, we are taking what we learned from each camp, plus feedback that was received, and making new modifications and tweaks for 2025.
