Event Planner & Coordinator looking for 2 additional assistants WITH EVENT COORDINATION EXPERIENCE to help during events. Events are usually 400-500 guests weddings or private parties.
APPLICANT MUST BE:
-able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
-able to work late nights (even on Sundays) as late as 2 AM
-comfortable in a fast pace environment
-presentable during events (hair tied back, clean, and have a positive smile)
-ok with the standard work outfit: black slacks, black flat shoes, black shirt/blouse, black jacket/blazer
Initial Pay is $13 per hour during training (1-2 events) and then hourly raises are given ON A REGULAR BASES + TIPS.
Assistants currently employed with us are working on 2-4 events AVERAGE per month.
This is weekend work, nothing full time.
