Panchitas Kitchen Preparing traditional Latino foods. Catering by special order. Mobile food events!

10/20/2026

Hispanic Heritage Month is over but celebrating Latines and Hispanics are forever in our hearts. Thank you to everyone who celebrated, learned and chisme’d for our four week mini series 🤍 This series focused on food and community, arts and interaction, and conversations regarding family, attachment styles, boundaries and learning how to be yourself while still loving your family.

Big thank you to Nayra (Nayra Elias) for creating the idea and hosting, Evelyn Lopez-Parciak, LPC for running one of the weeks, Panchitas (Panchitas Kitchen) for her delicious quesitos, Maracas (Maracas Dominican Restaurant) for their delicious picadilla, Ay Bendito Cafe (Aybenditocafe) for their sorullos, and Peretzel Treat’s (Lesli Perez | Custom Treats | Easton, PA) for her latine-inspired cake pops. 🤎

Until next time…
