ANNOUNCEMENT: South Harrison High School Promenade has been moved to the high school, so everyone can stay dry! Please read all the information from the school below.

🌧️ 𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 🌧️
Due to the weather conditions, we are moving the Havana Nights Promenade indoors to keep everyone dry!
📍 NEW LOCATION: South Harrison High School Gym
🕕 START TIME: 6:30 PM
🌿 COMMUNITY VIEWING HOUR: Want to see the "Havana Nights" magic before the party starts? The community is invited to view the Prom decorations at The VeNue Event Space from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday.
🚗 PARKING & ARRIVAL LOGISTICS:
Guest Parking: Available in the North and South parking lots.
Note: If using the North lot, please enter via the Bus Barn Road.
Student Parking: Attendees will park on the East side (front of the school building). We kindly ask that guests avoid this area.
✨ VALET SERVICES: We are making the night as smooth as possible for our students with Valet Service at both locations:
At the Gym: Valet will be available for student arrival at Promenade. Students will need to pull up to the breezeway doors at the middle school.
Juniors arrive at 5:00 pm, and Seniors arrive at 5:30 pm.
At The VeNue: After Promenade, students will drive to The VeNue Event Space, where a valet will be waiting to park their cars so they can head straight into the dance!

We're gearing up for South Harrison High School Prom this weekend! Promenade begins at 6:30 pm at The VeNue Event Space. See the school's post for more information. We are excited to see everyone on Saturday!

🌴 HAVANA NIGHTS: PROM & PROMENADE 2026 🌴
Prom 2026 is officially happening on Saturday, April 11th!
Join us for the Promenade at The VeNue starting at 6:30 PM. Be there early!

🚗 PARKING INFORMATION: To ensure a smooth arrival for all our guests, please note the following:
Visitor Parking: Please park at the Assembly of God, Hearing Care Partners, Farm Bureau, and Harrison County Water Supply. No parking on the grass, please.
Handicap Parking: Dedicated spaces are available directly at The VeNue.

📸 Photos: We kindly ask that you hold your photos until the official Promenade at 6:30 PM. To keep traffic moving and ensure student safety, please no photography during the initial drop-off.

Shuttles will be available.

Prom Attendees will start arriving at Immanuel Baptist starting at 5:00 PM.

☁️ Weather Watch: We are keeping an eye on the skies! If the weather doesn't cooperate, we will move the Promenade. Check back here Friday morning (April 10th) for the final call on the location.
