We take so much pride in being a part of the Bethalto community—whether we're helping you find the perfect unique treasure in our gift shop and boutique, or hosting your most cherished milestones in our cozy, rustic event venue.

​We know that decorating and cleaning up take time—so we’re giving it to you for FREE. When you book your event hours with us, the prep work is on the house!
​✨ Simple Hourly Pricing
​Venue Rental: $100 per hour
​The "Bar Service" Add-on: $50 per hour (Required for alcohol service: Beer, Wine, Seltzers, & Champagne)
​🎁 THE "STRESS-FREE" BONUS
​Every booking includes:
​1 Hour FREE Setup: Arrive early to decorate and get the food ready.
​1 Hour FREE Cleanup: Take your time packing up without the Saturday night rush.
​That’s 2 HOURS of extra time added to every single booking at no extra cost!
​💎 Why Host With Us?
​Capacity: Comfortably host up to 123 guests (Seating for ~115 included).
​Full Amenities: Use of our professional tables, chairs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and full kitchen (fridge, prep space, etc.).
​📅 Easy Booking
​Secure Your Date: A $100.00 Security Deposit (fully refundable) locks in your day.
​Final Payment: Due 14 business days before your event.
