Its APRIL!!!!! I FORGOT TO POST FEBRUARY!!!!HERE IS WHAT I BEEN UP TO FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS .....WE DID A MARDI GRAS LUNCHEON....A MEXICAN BDAY FEAST....MULTIPLE CAKES AND SO MUCH MORE!!!!

It might have been COLD outside in January....but GINTELL'S kitchen was HOT!!!....We cooked up some stuff!!! 1st event for 2026 a WEDDING anniversary.. she had a feast.....then we baked some cakes ....made banana pudding fried some chicken help raise funds for junior achievement...with some Mexican cuisine and ended the month with a beautiful baby shower with SNOW FLAKE decor.... we ready for FEBRUARY!!!how about you??

WE WRAPPED 2025 UP WITH SOME DELICIOUS FOOD....BEAUTIFUL DECOR AND MORE.WITH A BOW TOP.......we did a give back providing food and entire school staff.....decorated an corporate holiday luncheon...and catered for it..we catered a December graduation...did some holiday cooking and baking orders....decorated a couple of trees for clients .....we're about to kick up some dust in 2026.....we look forward to our REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND NEW ONES!!!!! I been in 5th gear for 2 months....let's check out what went on...a lot baking....a food tasting for a bride...breast cancer awareness fundraiser/give back....birthday cakes.....Granny grandoll Bluey bday cake and backdrop setup.....a couple of food orders....and i had the opportunity to try 2 new cake flavors that delivered on BIG on TASTE .....November is already brewing!!!

What did we do in "HOT AUGUST"......we started the month catering a luncheon for a ladies conference ...then we followed that catering & decorating a brunch for Dr Kelci Maclin....followed that up with some sweets for clients."rainbow cake.a sugar crusted pound cake...a banana pudding cake ..& then a good ole tasting for a new client........Busy Bee as usual!!!!see ya next month!!!

WHAT DID WE DO??? ...STARTED THE MONTH WITH BALLOONS....THEN WE WENT WENT ON TO CATER A 70TH PARTY.....THEN A BABY SHOWER......IN BETWEEN WE BAKED CUPCAKES SWEETHEART DAY...AND MADE BASKETS FOR THE KIDDOS....AND WE ENDED THE MONTH ON A SWEET NOTE WE THE INFAMOUS BANANA PUDDING CAKE.....AND NOW WE WILL "MARCH" ON!!!
