Avery’s on spring break

She asked to train legs with me today

Workout went great

Then she asked to perform deadlifts using a bar instead of dumbbells like we usually do

First time on the deadlift platform, she did great

Then she finished with arc trainer for cardio

best way to break the ice with MWC IMO is by beating up Matty Ice. The crowd was hot🔥 for Koa and Koa hands are too hot for the iceman. Matty Ice melted quickly
