Arayes w/ Shirazi Salad.
It's been way too long since the last time I posted a dinner pic! Arayes are a Lebanese dish of grilled pitas stuffed with spiced ground meat. Perfectly paired with a side of Shirazi Salad. These are quickly becoming one of my favorite quick dinners to whip up!

Okay, let's talk about the real magic of my Khorovats Dry Rub! Not only is it bursting with flavor, but it's also loaded with amazing, healthy, ingredients. It's been a while since I have done a fundraiser. So this Friday 1/17 I will be doing "Lahmejun for LA" a fundraiser to help those affected by the fires in LA. Proceeds from every order will be goIng to CERF+, an organization connecting with local partners on the ground to learn more about the needs of local artists and offer resources to craft artists who are affected by the fires.

Lahmejun is also know as "Armenian Pizza". It's a mixture of ground beef, tomato, peppers, onions, and spices pressed onto fresh lavash dough then baked. Great used as a wrap or cut up and eaten just as is!

To be able to send as much money as possible I will be taking payment through my Venmo () rather than my website.

Please send me a message to place your order. Orders will be available for pick at the kitchen in Kittery from 3-4, or delivery options for Portsmouth, Kittery, Eliot, The Berwicks, Somersworth, and Dover!
