Our beef is sourced from our grass-fed program at Beaver Brook Ranch, NJ.

This bone broth is naturally cloudy and packed with rich gelatin and nutrients which is far superior to most store-bought broths and stocks. This batch started with over 200 pounds of bones and simmered for nearly 24 hours.

Our broth is pure beef: no salt added and no vegetables like onions or garlic, though you’re welcome to add your own when cooking.

We’ve got an “all-in-one” that’s first come, first serve: The Julia Chicken

Inspired by Julia Child and her love of butter, we’ve prepared a few of these special chickens. Each one is stuffed with a halved lemon and a sprig of rosemary, then trussed and coated with a garlic-herb butter smear. Surrounded by aromatic vegetables.

Cooking is simple: just place the whole pan on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated 425°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until the breast reaches 155°F). Rest under foil for 15 minutes, then carve and enjoy!

P.S. Don’t forget to save those buttery drippings. 🤤
