On Monday, May 4th, we had the honor of hosting and catering a Celebration of Life for Dorris Nicolettie here at White Mountain Chalet. 🤍

Family and friends gathered for dinner with our House Special Buffet featuring tossed garden salad, dinner rolls & butter, maple braised carrots, roasted red potatoes, and baked stuffed chicken served with gravy and cranberry sauce. Strawberry shortcake was served for dessert.

We are truly grateful to the Nicolettie family for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful day and for placing their trust in our team to help celebrate Dorris’ life 🌷

On Sunday, April 19th, we had the pleasure of catering the Championship Banquet for the Groveton High School Lady Eagles basketball team at Perras Treasures- our second year in a row celebrating this incredible group! 🏀🦅

Student athletes & their families enjoyed tortilla chips with fresh guacamole and salsa to start, followed by a customized version of our “Pinkham Notch Buffet” featuring:
• Tossed Caesar salad
• Warm garlic bread
• Steamed broccoli with garlic butter
• Cavatappi pasta
• Cheese stuffed ravioli
• Marinara & Alfredo sauces
• Meatballs
• Seasoned chicken strips

The parents also put together an amazing dessert table for everyone to enjoy! 🍰

Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a special evening, and a huge congratulations to the GHS Lady Eagles on an incredible season and championship win! 🤍

A little ⏰🩷

We turned the Chalet into an indoor co****le arena on March 28… and it was a blast! 🎯

Players came out for a day of friendly competition, all while raising money to support replacing the gym floor at Milan Village School 🤍

Big shoutout to Macleod Tournament Services for bringing it all together, and to Jenn Shotts for organizing such a great event!

On Saturday, April 25th, we had the honor of hosting the “Rhythm & Ragu” Spaghetti Dinner Benefit in support of Kris Howes and his fight against cancer here at the White Mountain Chalet. 🎸🍝

It was an incredible night as friends, family, and community members came together to raise funds and show their support. Guests enjoyed a delicious spaghetti dinner while taking in live music throughout the evening.

The night began with an acoustic set by Ant Horne & Mason during dinner, followed by a performance from local favorite Jackdaw, and wrapped up with Rebel Soul bringing the energy to close things out!

We’re always so grateful to be part of a community that shows up for one another in such meaningful ways. A huge thank you to Moriah Penney and Jason Labbe for organizing such a special event for a great cause. 🤍

On April 15th, we had the honor of hosting a beautiful Celebration of Life for the Valliere family here at the White Mountain Chalet. 🤍

Surrounded by loved ones, guests gathered to share stories, memories, and support for one another while celebrating a life well lived.

The family chose our House Special Buffet, featuring tossed garden salad, rolls & butter, sautéed green beans, mashed potatoes, and baked stuffed chicken with gravy and cranberry sauce, followed by strawberry shortcake for dessert.

We are truly grateful to be entrusted with such meaningful moments. Our hearts are with the Valliere family, and we thank them for allowing us to be a small part of honoring their loved one.

We were honored to host the 105th Annual Androscoggin Valley Fish & Game Dinner Banquet here at the White Mountain Chalet on April 24th!

With roughly 250 guests in attendance, it was an incredible night filled with great food, community, and plenty of fun with raffle prizes throughout the evening.

Guests enjoyed a spread including tossed garden salad, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, white cheddar mac & cheese, dinner rolls & butter, moonshine BBQ smothered pork shanks, and carrot cake for dessert… a true comfort-style feast!

One of the most meaningful parts of the night came after the event. We were able to donate nearly 20 meals, along with additional salads, to the Berlin Community Fridge. 🤍

We’re so grateful to be part of a community that shows up, supports one another, and makes events like this so special. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and we can’t wait to host you again next year!

Celebrate the moms in your life with an afternoon out and all-you can eat buffet dinner. Whether you have a party of 2 or 22 (or more!), we would love to host your family.

Serving at noon on Mother's Day Sunday
$50 per adult, $20 per child (under 12), Free for littles (under 3)
