What a wonderful summer it has been ☀️

🎉 We had the pleasure of catering a surprise retirement party for Bill Devoid at beautiful Heritage Park on July 11th!

Guests enjoyed our Connecticut River Cookout with cold salads, sliced watermelon, potato chips, and hot dogs & hamburgers fresh off the grill. We also prepared a few snacks for later in the evening, including BBQ pork wings, sweet & sour meatballs, and caprese skewers with balsamic glaze and fresh basil.

It was such a fun celebration, and we were so happy to be apart of it. Congratulations on your retirement, Bill, we hope this next chapter brings you plenty of time to relax, enjoy yourself, and make some great new memories! 🎉

Family and loved ones gathered together to share memories, stories, and a potluck lunch while celebrating a life that meant so much to so many. We’re always grateful to be able to provide a comfortable space for families to come together during such meaningful moments.

We’re looking back on another wonderful and successful Annual Mother’s Day Dinner here at the Chalet this past spring! 🤍

It’s always such a special day for us, and we’re incredibly grateful to all of the families who chose to spend part of their Mother’s Day with us again this year. Seeing familiar faces return year after year, along with some new ones, makes this tradition that much more special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for good food, family time, and a little celebrating of all the amazing moms out there! 🌷

On Monday, May 11th, we welcomed family and friends to the Chalet for a Celebration of Life.

For the gathering, we prepared our popular House Special Buffet, featuring tossed garden salad, dinner rolls & butter, green beans almondine, traditional golden mashed potatoes, and baked stuffed chicken served with gravy & cranberry sauce.

Celebrations of Life are always such meaningful gatherings, and we’re grateful to be able to provide a space where families can come together, share a meal, tell stories, and spend time with the people who matter most. 🤍

It was our privilege to take care of the details for the day and allow the family to simply focus on being together.

What a wonderful wedding season it has been! 💍🤍 We’ve spent so much of this spring and summer helping couples celebrate one of the biggest days of their lives, and it’s been such a joy to be a small part of each one.

Back on May 16th, we catered a beautiful wedding for Ava & Noah at Oxbow Acres, and they truly couldn’t have asked for better weather for their outdoor reception!

Cocktail hour included plenty for guests to snack on, with hot buffalo chicken dip & tortilla chips, assorted cheese, crackers & pepperoni, fresh veggies & dip, and peel & eat jumbo shrimp.

For dinner, Ava & Noah chose a custom buffet featuring tossed garden salad with assorted dressings & toppings, pull-apart dinner rolls with butter, green beans almondine, traditional mashed potatoes, baked stuffed chicken with gravy & cranberry sauce, and grilled steak & veggie kabobs.

There’s something so special about seeing all the little pieces of a wedding day come together, especially when we get to contribute one of our favorite parts: the food! 🥰

Congratulations again to Ava & Noah! We hope your first summer as newlyweds has been a wonderful one. 🤍

With back-to-school season right around the corner, we thought this was the perfect time to look back on one of our favorite school events from the spring! 📚✨

On Wednesday, May 13th, we had a great time serving students, families, and faculty at White Mountains Regional High School’s CTE Completer Ceremony.

Attendees enjoyed a build-your-own nacho station with tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream, and hot nacho cheese, along with sweet & sour meatballs and assorted cheese & crackers.

This year’s ceremony was especially exciting, as WMRHS celebrated its largest group of CTE program completers yet! Congratulations again to all of the students on such a great accomplishment, and to the families, teachers, and staff who helped them get there. 🎓

As summer starts winding down, we’d also like to wish the students and staff of WMRHS, and all of our wonderful local schools, the very best as they head into a new school year. Here’s to a great year ahead! 💙📚

We’ve been a little quiet here on social media lately, but we’re back! Over the next few weeks, we’ll be catching up and sharing some of the special events we’ve had the privilege of being part of throughout the spring and summer.

On May 9th, we had the honor of hosting and catering a Celebration of Life for Annette Dennebaum.

Family and friends gathered at the Chalet to share memories, spend time together, and celebrate Annette’s life over light refreshments. For the gathering, we served an assortment of hot and cold appetizers, including a loaded mashed potato station with assorted toppings, a seasonal charcuterie board, sweet & sour meatballs, Mediterranean chicken skewers, and caprese skewers finished with balsamic glaze.

We’re always grateful when families choose the Chalet to be part of life’s most meaningful moments, and we thank Annette’s family for trusting us to help provide a comfortable space for everyone to gather, remember, and celebrate her life. 🤍

On Monday, May 4th, we had the honor of hosting and catering a Celebration of Life for Dorris Nicolettie here at White Mountain Chalet. 🤍

Family and friends gathered for dinner with our House Special Buffet featuring tossed garden salad, dinner rolls & butter, maple braised carrots, roasted red potatoes, and baked stuffed chicken served with gravy and cranberry sauce. Strawberry shortcake was served for dessert.

We are truly grateful to the Nicolettie family for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful day and for placing their trust in our team to help celebrate Dorris’ life 🌷

On Sunday, April 19th, we had the pleasure of catering the Championship Banquet for the Groveton High School Lady Eagles basketball team at Perras Treasures- our second year in a row celebrating this incredible group! 🏀🦅

Student athletes & their families enjoyed tortilla chips with fresh guacamole and salsa to start, followed by a customized version of our “Pinkham Notch Buffet” featuring:
• Tossed Caesar salad
• Warm garlic bread
• Steamed broccoli with garlic butter
• Cavatappi pasta
• Cheese stuffed ravioli
• Marinara & Alfredo sauces
• Meatballs
• Seasoned chicken strips

The parents also put together an amazing dessert table for everyone to enjoy! 🍰

Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a special evening, and a huge congratulations to the GHS Lady Eagles on an incredible season and championship win! 🤍
