Hi there! I’m Lindsey Fraser, the face behind Mahjong Mama NWA 👋🏻

I was first introduced to Mahjong about 10 years ago by my mother-in-law. After jumping back into the game more recently—and teaching countless friends along the way—I realized just how much I loved sharing this game and the sense of community it builds. That joy is exactly what inspired me to launch Mahjong Mama NWA. Whether you’re ready to dive into National Mah Jongg League rules or want to play around with fun table styles like Messy, Blanks, or Towers—I’ve got you covered. My goal is to make learning Mahjong feel easy, exciting, and stress-free, all while keeping things packed with laughs, not pressure. I offer customizable lessons that feel more like a hangout than a class. Bring your friends, bring your snacks, bring your “wait… what do I do now?” moments—I welcome it all! Every table is a judgment-free zone where we celebrate mistakes, cheer for tiny victories, and turn confusion into confidence one tile at a time. Mahjong Mama NWA is all about community, connection, and making Mahjong your new obsession. Grab your crew and settle in—it’s time to Get Your Mahj On!

🀄️ 2027 NMJL CARD PRE-ORDERS ARE OPEN! ✨

It’s time to order your 2027 NMJL card, and this year, your order can make a difference beyond the mahjong table. 🫶🏻

This fundraiser is especially close to my heart because my daughter, Hadley, was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) at just 2½ years old. Supporting Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance means supporting research and a brighter future for kids like Hadley, and I’m so grateful that our mahjong community can be a part of that mission.

Last year, we raised $4,336 for CARRA! 🥹💗 This year, my goal is to DOUBLE that amount—and I know our mahjong community can help make it happen!

💙 $7 from EVERY card sold goes directly to CARRA!

🀄️ Standard card: $16
🀄️ Large card: $18
📅 Pre-order deadline: February 5, 2027

Whether you’re ordering in bulk for your mahj group or grabbing a card for yourself or a mahj-loving friend, every card counts! 💗

A mom’s night out, but make it MAHJ! 🀄️✨

We had the best time with Ivybrook Academy - Pinnacle for a night filled with women-owned small businesses, new connections, lots of laughs, and plenty of mahj!

Because sometimes, moms just need a night to unwind, connect, and do something fun for themselves. 💗

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported local, and gathered around the tables with us. These are the nights that remind us mahjong is about so much more than the game. It’s about community, connection, and a whole lot of fun!

More nights like this, please! 👯‍♀️💕

🀄️Mahjong, good food, and a whole lot of fun!✨

We had the best time introducing new players to mahjong at Dice Goblins' Cafe ! From the perfect game tables and plenty of space, to a menu full of delicious food, drinks, and shakes, it’s such a fun spot to gather around the tiles.

✨ Be sure to check them out, and come learn to play with us at our next Mahjong 101 on Thursday, November 19th!

No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and get ready to make some new mahj friends!

$4,336 🥹🩷🀄️

I am completely blown away!

Thanks to YOU, we raised $4,336 for Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance through the 2026 NMJL card collector pre-orders! And thanks to some extra bonuses I wasn’t even aware of, we were able to raise even more than I originally realized. 🙌🏼

As a mama to a child with JIA, this cause is incredibly close to my heart. Knowing that the mahjong community came together to help support research and better outcomes for kids like my Hadley, means more to me than I can put into words.

So from the bottom of my heart… THANK YOU. 🩷

Every card purchased, every friend you told, and every order placed helped make this possible.

And guess what… we’re doing it again! 🥰

I’ll be collecting for CARRA again for the 2027 NMJL card, with $7 from every card going directly to CARRA.

📣 Pre-orders open NEXT WEEK!
Keep an eye out for the order form and get your card orders in early!

Let’s see if we can double this year’s total raised!

Full tables. Full heart. 🀄️💗

Another Mahj Club Kick Off is in the books, and I’m feeling extra grateful for this little mahjong community we’re building.

Full tables. New friendships. Lots of laughs. A little friendly competition. And, of course, LOTS of mahjong. 😉

This is exactly why I created Mahjong Mama Mahj Club — to give you more opportunities to play, connect, and find your people around the table.

And seeing these tables FULL? 🥹
My heart could not be fuller.

Thank you to everyone who continues to show up, bring a friend, meet someone new, and make this club what it is. 🫶🏻
