Since I started Social Icing, one of my main goals was to make my planning experiences inclusive, loving, and accepting.
I’m honored to be able to create spaces to see love represented accurately and genuinely. I’m also thankful for the couples that put their trust in me to make their wedding dreams a reality.

Feeling very nostalgic today and reminiscing on my wedding day. 💚⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you don’t know the story already, Chris and I got engaged in August 2017 and married in December 2017. Which means I had about 3 months to plan our wedding.💀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We DIYed plenty and worked our butts off to put together the wedding of our dreams. BUT the wedding day itself was STRESSFUL. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Chris and his groomsmen were in charge of set up and had no time to enjoy their guy-time before the wedding. I had to help with some of it too because I was the only one that knew how to put together our easel 🙃⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And then, at the end of the night, our guests and friends had to help us pick up all our items and take them to our cars since we couldn’t leave them at the venue overnight.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My wedding was beautiful but if I could change ONE thing, it would be to hire someone that could’ve taken care of all of this for me.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And that’s why I started Social Icing. I want to be the person I needed most on my wedding day for all my couples. ✨✨⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
