There are people in our community making impossible choices right now.

Gas or groceries.
Medicine or dinner.
The electric bill or a meal.

Some are skipping meals so their kids can eat.

We’ve heard those stories, and we can’t pretend they don’t exist…

So this Sunday, June 14th, we’re doing another Feed the Community at Archers starting at 5 pm - 7 pm.

Free spaghetti.
Free soup.
Additional food available while supplies last.

No paperwork.
No questions.
No judgment.

Just walk in and tell us you heard about the spaghetti or soup.
That’s all!

And because dignity matters…

There will be absolutely no filming, no pictures, and no social media content of guests receiving food. If we see anyone recording, we’ll respectfully ask them to stop or leave.

Helping people isn’t content.
Helping people is helping people.

I absolutely love this perspective...I am also *horrible* at BTS, reels, etc. though. 🫣

I've also felt like I need a content creator for myself like 1000 times (I don't 😆).

And I wanted Meta glasses for like a week. Meh.

I love my couples. I'm 100% there for THEM (not me) and their day.

I hope and pray that I share my work often enough to beat the ominous "algorithm" and for that to be enough on it's own...but that's also why I *really* depend and appreciate referrals and word-of-mouth. 😁

I'm not frowning upon people who are capable of doing this and do, but can't imagine doing it. Maybe that's why I don't haha. 😂

‼️Photographers, if you've made it this far, I want to hear from you! Do you get BTS/content of yourself on a wedding day? How do you do it without taking away from the bride and groom? If you're a Meta glasses person, do you just film randomly throughout the day for reels and not necessarily to capture yourself shooting?‼️

Why I am done making behind the scenes content at weddings, and what got lost when BTS became a job requirement.

So Madison and Tray got married on the one day of May that it’s didn’t rain. Okay not really, but it felt like it. I prayed so hard for a perfect day (whatever that would look like) and while in poured on us Friday and Sunday…. Saturday was just as beautiful as we could have wanted!

Madison’s dress was perfect for her, the reception space was very pretty, the first look with Madison and her dad and the letters with Tray were those moments that make one’s eyes get a little misty. 🥹 There were also fun little details: a hand-painted perfume bottle that was the icing on the cake…and actually, don’t get me started on the cake! 😍

I have so much to share from this wonderful day and can’t wait to finish the gallery. I know God had his hand on this amazing day and I know He will be the biggest piece to Madison and Tray’s marriage. 💞
