If you are planning on getting married this year and are still in search for a venue, we have a few openings still available, one of which is a prime and highly requested date.

Any of my fellow coordinators/ event decorators interested in assisting with a @ 30 guest wedding?
I have a prior obligation, and we just had an couple book today and request a coordinator/decorator. I need someone to assist me with making phone calls to potential vendors for pricing and assistance with booking and coordination of the vendors chosen by the bride and groom.
I need this person to step in for me the day of wedding to make sure that vendors arrive and leave on time and that the wedding goes as scheduled. You will assist the Harbor House Host/Photographer to make sure all is running smoothly. I will be out of town that particular day - October 17th.
If you are interested, you need to be experienced in designing and putting together table decorations, outdoor and indoor. There is an outdoor arbor that you will be decorating as well as any other decorations requested by the bride and groom.
You will be paid a set amount for your prescence and assistance the day of the wedding and per hour for phone calls and decorations. Message me if interested. I will be confirming with the bride and groom in a couple of days.

New flowers for Groom's Cottage. I will post more pictures next weekend. I simply have not had time to take pictures yet of all of the work that has been done over the last two weeks. Spring is in the air on the inside of the Harbor House. Now, if Mother Nature will cooperate, we can start working on the gardens outside. Can't wait to see it in bloom!

Even though Mother Nature is not being very cooperative, our couples are not giving up. Thank goodness for Phil's gorgeous Harbor House Photography portfolios and slideshow presentation. It is so hard to imagine when you have a brown soupy mess! Our lovely couple today were inspired by the stunning pictures and booked a June wedding. :-) Brightened this cold and rainy Sunday!

My son, Noah, at my sister's wedding a little over 2 years ago. This wedding was so much fun! I was so pleased that I was able to help put the reception together. My little man now helps with weddings at the Harbor House. He is a charmer!

Even though we have more ice and snow forecasted this weekend, Spring will be in the air around the Harbor House with a splash of color being added indoors. Time to put Christmas and Valentines Day to bed!
Come on Spring! We are ready to color the gardens and courtyards too!
In addition, We have three appointments scheduled for tomorrow. I can't wait to meet with these lovely couples, one of which could be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with us! Congratulations to all! I hope that we will soon be welcoming you to the Harbor House family!

I met with some beautiful brides-to-be today! All had amazing grooms-to-be not simply tagging along but actively participating! I love it when the fellas get involved! I was so excited to see these handsome guys enjoying planning their "Special Day" equally as much as their brides. To the lovely couples who visited with us at the Kuttawa Harbor House today, we enjoyed hearing about your plans and are so excited that you have chosen the Kuttawa Harbor House, Harbor House Photography and Dream Creations by Reé to be a part of your "Big Day".
