Three Years Strong ☕️

Three years ago, we started as SoBo Cold Brew — just a little stand slinging cold coffee at the farmers market. The name fit perfectly back then: short, simple, and all about the brew. As we grew, we added “café” to let people know we were more than just drinks — we had food, sweets, and a cozy space to sit and stay awhile.

Now, here we are! Three years in, 3,000 Facebook followers strong, and finally in a beautiful permanent location. But with all that growth, one thing’s clear: our name just doesn’t fit anymore. We’ve outgrown it.

We never expected to be thinking about a new name — we had enough on our plates just getting the doors open! But after stirring the pot (and ruffling a few feathers across the parish 😅), we realized it’s time for something fresh.

We’ve met so many incredible customers and made lifelong friends through this journey, and we’re so grateful for every person who has supported us along the way. And now, with some big things brewing behind the scenes, we can’t wait to bring you along for what’s next.
