Venue Rental:
This facility is available from April through November for a rental fee of just $100/day (Sunday - Thursday) or $300/day (Friday & Saturday). ft., a fire pit, and of course, Lake Hamilton. Additional Uses:

Twin Oaks Lodge was a Civilian Conservation Corps project, taken on by the local 698th. The project on the Lake
Hamilton property was started late into the Great Depression and came to close in 1938. This building is of special
historical significance, as it was constructed from sandstone curbs that were previously removed from Benton's dirt
streets. Prior to paving the city with brick in the early 1900’s, the curbs had been removed and stored until they found
use in this project.

UPDATE: These dates are no longer available.

We have had an opening come up in October of this year. The 21st and 22nd of October are now available for rental, this is a Friday and a Saturday. Since we are so close to the date, Rental ($600 for both days) and Deposit ($200) will be due at the time of booking. This rental is a first come, first serve rental. Payments must be made in person at the Benton City Hall, located at 1403 S. Main St Benton, Illinois. Please note this page is not monitored all day, so if you have any questions, please call City Hall at (618) 439-6131.

2019 was a very busy year for Twin Oaks Lodge, and it's all because of you. We would like to thank everyone who chose Twin Oaks as the venue to hold some of their most memorable moments such as saying their vows, celebrating an anniversary, welcoming a precious bundle of joy into the world with a baby shower, or getting together with old friends at a class reunion. We appreciate that you allowed us to host some of your major milestones. Wishing all of you a very Happy New Year... and a wonderful 2020!
